Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Cabrii is a sprint planning and team management tool created and operated by Joel Barbosa (“we”, “us”, “our”). For any privacy questions, contact us at joelbarbosa.ads@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

  • Account data: email address and password (stored via Supabase Auth).
  • Profile data: display name, role (admin, manager, dev, viewer).
  • Usage data: tasks, sprints, subtasks, releases, and team data you create inside Cabrii.
  • Uploaded images: evidence images attached to tasks/subtasks, stored in Supabase Storage.
  • Payment data: processed by LimãoPay. Cabrii does not store card numbers or payment details.
  • Preferences: language preference stored in localStorage.

3. How we use your data

  • To provide and operate the Cabrii service.
  • To authenticate you and secure your account.
  • To send transactional emails (password reset, contact form replies).
  • To improve the product based on usage patterns (anonymized).
  • We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.

4. Data storage and security

Your data is stored in Supabase, which uses PostgreSQL with row-level security (RLS). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. See our Security page for details.

5. Cookies and local storage

Cabrii uses session cookies managed by Supabase Auth and localStorage for UI preferences (language). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-party services

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • LimãoPay — payment processing for Pro subscriptions.
  • Vercel — hosting and edge delivery.

7. Data retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion at any time by emailing joelbarbosa.ads@gmail.com. We will delete your data within 30 days.

8. Your rights (LGPD / GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at joelbarbosa.ads@gmail.com.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you via email for material changes. Continued use of Cabrii after changes constitutes acceptance.
