Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Cabrii, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of service

Cabrii is a web-based sprint planning and team management tool. We offer a Free plan and a Pro plan with additional features. Features may change over time at our discretion.

3. Account registration

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must not create accounts for others without their consent.
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Cabrii for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or circumvent any security feature.
• Upload malicious content, malware, or files that violate third-party rights.
• Use the service to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer or resell any part of Cabrii.

5. Plans and billing

• Free plan: Single-user, limited features. No payment required.
• Pro plan: Includes a 15-day free trial. After the trial, payment is required to continue Pro features. Non-payment reverts your account to Free-plan limitations.
• Payments are processed by LimãoPay. We do not store payment card data.
• All prices are shown on the pricing page and are subject to change with 30 days notice.

6. Intellectual property

Cabrii and its visual identity, logo, and code are the property of Joel Barbosa. Your data remains yours — we make no claim on the content you create inside Cabrii.

7. Availability and uptime

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses due to service interruptions.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cabrii and Joel Barbosa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at joelbarbosa.ads@gmail.com.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil.

11. Changes to terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated by email.
